CONDENSING SYSTEM

One of the power consuming stations in a sugar plant is the injection system for pan and evaporators and spray pond. A good system reduces the power required and also uses minimum water for vacuum generation, thereby reducing further load on spray system. The unique SS air extractor system is incorporated with all above features and guarantees at least 40% reduction in the power requirement compared to a conventional system. With the use of air-extractor, the load of water going to spray pond is reduced by about 50%, the injection water pump load is reduced by 40 % and therefore power requirement is reduced.
