SS Engineers is a pioneer in establishing the Fourth Roller concept in India . The Fourth Roller is nothing but the improved traditional Under Feed Roller. Here the Roller Diameter is equal to or more than the mill roller. Existing Three Roller Mill can be easily converted into Four Roller Mill by installing the Fourth Roller designed by SS Engineers. This installation increases crushing capacities of existing Three Roller Mills quite significantly. Already SS Engineers have converted more than 200 such Three Roller Mills into Four Roller Mills of various sizes. The 30" x 60" size mill roller tandems have achieved crushing rates of over 3500 TCD with the Fourth Rollers supplied by us.
